RODIN olio lusso Online Shop will accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days from shipping date. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization. Please include the shipping slip with your return. Returns without the original order number/shipping slip will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.
RODIN olio lusso is not responsible for any returns which are lost in the mail when being returned to us. We advise you to insure your package containing the product(s) being sent to us and get tracking information. No exceptions can be made to this policy.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately.
We do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
If you purchased your item at a store, please understand that each store has its own return policy. Returns for purchases made in a retail location or online store other than RODIN olio lusso Online Shop may not be returned to us.
Our website accommodates shipments only to the U.S. at this time. WE DO NOT SHIP TO A P.O. BOX. Please provide a physical address.
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received, following credit approval. We strive to have your package ready for shipment on the next business day. Holiday volumes may add three business days.
Orders over $100 require an in-person signature at the time of delivery.
